All sales are final. For the safety & health of all birds we do not accept any returns. If there is a problem please let us know and we will help resolve it. We would like to make all our customers returning customers!
If your order contains an item that is not in-stock we will ship it when it arrives back in-stock or give you a refund on that item.
Busy Bird, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage or injury of any kind caused by toys or swings. We make toys with safety in mind however experts say no bird toy anywhere is 100% safe. Any toy should be checked daily as birds’ beaks change them. It is up to bird owners to watch their bird with toys and make sure their birds are safe.
